Effective leadership requires a broad set of skills such as the ability to assess an individual’s competence and commitment, flexibility in using different leadership styles, coaching skills, feedback skills, and cultural awareness, should you be leading an international team. This training provides an interesting mix of leadership theory and room to experiment with new behaviours and skills.

My training approach is interactive and aims to focus on real-life experiences. I will encourage you to identify your qualities and pitfalls of your own personal leadership style so that you can lead your team with more authenticity. I believe that you cannot be anyone other than yourself. You’ll look at what gets in the way of you being a more effective leader.

What can you expect  

The training provides insight in leadership theory, makes use of reflection dialogue walks, inspiring conversations and gives you an opportunity to practice essential leadership skills with peers in a pleasant and green learning environment.  Each training is tailored to the particular leadership needs of the participants. Groups can be formed by participants from either one organisation or various organisations/companies, depending on one’s preference.

  • Understanding strengths and pitfalls of my leadership style
  • Situational Leadership
  • Feedback and coaching skills
  • Leading across cultures
  • Action planning

For whom 

This training is for managers and team leaders who are interested in finetuning their personal leadership and communication skills.


This course can be facilitated in both Dutch and English, depending on the needs of the group.
